Our 365-day guarantee

We give you a full year to decide.

If DailyEnoch does not deepen your understanding of Scripture, email us within 365 days of your purchase and we will refund every cent. No forms, no explanations required, no questions asked.

You keep the bonuses either way.

How to request a refund

Email support@dailyenoch.com from the address you used at checkout, and tell us you would like a refund. That is all we need.

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request. The money is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your licence to use the files ends and your download links are deactivated. We ask that you delete any copies you have saved.

Because this is a digital product

There is nothing to return and nothing to ship back. We do not charge restocking fees and there are no return shipping costs, because there is no shipment.

EU and UK customers

Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is waived once delivery begins — and by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right.

This does not affect our own 365-day guarantee above, which is more generous than the law requires and which we honour regardless.
