Welcome to DailyEnoch. These Terms govern your use of dailyenoch.com and your purchase of our digital products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

DailyEnoch is operated by M Ecom Master LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

2. What you are buying

DailyEnoch sells digital products only: audio recordings and electronic books, delivered by email. Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product.

Your purchase includes a personal, non-transferable licence to download, store and listen to the files for your own private use, for as long as you wish.

3. What the licence does not allow

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, broadcast, upload to any public or shared platform, or create derivative works from the files. You may not share your download link publicly. You may make copies for your own devices and for the personal use of members of your household.

4. About the texts

Our editions draw on existing English translations that are in the public domain, together with our own editorial compilation, arrangement, introductions and commentary. They are not direct word-for-word translations from the original Ge'ez manuscripts.

DailyEnoch is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church or any other religious body. References to the Ethiopian tradition are descriptive only.

Our products are offered for educational, historical and personal study. Questions of inspiration, canonicity and doctrine are left entirely to you and to your own faith tradition. We make no doctrinal, spiritual or life-outcome claims of any kind.

5. Your order

You are responsible for providing a valid email address. Delivery is made to the address you supply at checkout. If you do not receive your files, contact us and we will resend them.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

Promotional prices are available for the period stated and may end without notice.

7. Availability of the service

We aim to keep dailyenoch.com and your download links available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We recommend downloading and saving your files to your own device after purchase.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
